Cancellation Policy :

Packages require prepaid. First lesson hours can be allocated to package hours upon receiving the payment.
Prepaid packages are valid for a period of 12 months.
The driving instructor reserves the right to cancel a lesson immediately if the driving instructor suspects on reasonable grounds that the student is under the influence of any substance or any other condition that impairs their ability to drive safely. The driving instructor also reserves the right to cancel a lesson if the student does not follow the driving instructor’s instructions or does anything which is unsafe or dangerous and there is an obvious danger to the public.
If you cancel your scheduled session outside 48 hours from the date of appointment, firstly we will make all reasonable attempts to reschedule your cancelled session to your preferred session time and date subject to availability else you will receive a full refund of the course fee. Rescheduling or modifying your booking.
A booking can be rescheduled or modified up to 3 days prior to your scheduled session. Should a booking require to be rescheduled or modified to the scheduled session within 3 days will forfeit the full course fee and a new booking will be required.

Acknowledgements :

You acknowledge that –
The instructor has sole discretion as to whether a lesson will commence or continue.
The participation in a lesson does not guarantee that you will acquire the necessary skills to pass any driving test;
Driving a motor vehicle is an inherently risky activity and there is the risk of significant personal injury or damage to property;
We do not accept any liability whatsoever for personal property that is left in a vehicle; and
If you are not the learner, you have made the Learner aware of these acknowledgements.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. RJ’s Driving School may revise the terms and conditions at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of the terms and conditions.

Driving Test :

You have to pay damage for the damages caused to the vehicle during your driving test if any accidents happen when the instructor was absent in the car with you such as excess fees payable to the insurer.
We do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for the outcome of any driving test otherwise.
Neither we nor our driving instructors accept any liabilities whatsoever if your driving test is cancelled due to any error(s) in your log book unless it is an entry we have made.
